After the construction is completed, Ocean Properties is there to make sure everything meets your expectations. Within thirty days, we hold a walk-through with the owner to follow-up on any details that may need a little fine tuning. Additionally, all of our homes come with a one year warranty; further assurance that in the rare event there is a problem, we'll be there to take care of it for you.
